Jernhusen

Jernhusen AB is a Swedish limited liability company owned by the State, owns the property and managed, which are of importance for the Swedish railway or were. This includes stations, office buildings, freight terminals and workshops. Jernhusen AB was formed in 2001 during the privatization of the Swedish State Railways and took their property. Jernhusen AB was until 2009 a part of the holding company Swedcarrier AB, as the parent company was dissolved and incorporated into Jernhusen AB.

Jernhusen AB owns 237 properties with a value of SEK 10.4 billion ( as of June 30, 2013), of which approximately ¾ of value in the three cities, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. While office and commercial space leased in larger stations to various companies, the company is trying to sell smaller stations.
