Jesper Jensen (ice hockey, born 1991)

Jesper Jensen (born 30 July 1991) is a Danish professional ice hockey player who is under contract with BK in the Swedish Elitserien Rögle since 2010.

Career

Jesper Jensen began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the Rødovre Mighty Bulls for their first team, he was active in the AL-Bank Ligaen 2007-2010. In 2008 he also won the national cup competition with his team. For the 2010/11 season the defender moved to Rögle BK from the HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division. With this he succeeded in 2012, the rise in the Elitserien.

Internationally

For Denmark Jensen took at junior level at the U18 World Youth Championship in 2008, the U18 Junior B World Cup 2009 and the U20 Junior B World Championships in 2010 and 2011 in part. In the senior level, he stood at the World Championships in 2011 and 2012 in the squad of his country.
