Jessica Davenport

Jessica Davenport ( * June 24, 1985 in Columbus, Ohio, United States) is a professional basketball player. She currently plays for the New York Liberty in the Women's National Basketball Association.

Jessica Davenport played until 2007 for the women's basketball team at Ohio State University, where she was known for her strength in blocking and rebounding.

Draft 2007 Davenport selected by the San Antonio Silver Stars in the second place in the WNBA. Immediately after the Draft Davenport was transferred together with a first-round pick in the WNBA Draft 2008 on the New York Liberty for Becky Hammon and a second-round pick in the WNBA Draft 2008. Thus, she played her first WNBA season for the Liberty in New York.
