Jeton Kelmendi

Jeton Kelmendi (* 1978 in Peje ) is a writer of Albanian origin and correspondent for various media in Albania and Kosovo.

Career

Kelmendi visited claims to the elementary school and high school in his hometown, then he studied at the University of Pristina and was a member of the KLA. His works include political and cultural issues, his poetry has been translated into several languages ​​and is published in various anthologies. He is a member of the Association of European Journalists, and several poets associations. He currently lives and works in Brussels Kelmendi.

Kelmendi was with his book Ku shkojnë ardhjet finalist in the directory named after the author Albanian state literary prize Azem Shkreli.

Several of his poem collections were published in Albanian and Romanian.
