Jill Whelan
Jill Whelan ( born September 29, 1966 in Oakland, California) is an American actress. At the age of seven, she starred in several commercials. She became known as Vicki Stubing the daughter of Captain Stubing on the Love Boat series in which she starred from 1977 to 1987.
Whelan currently lives in Yarley, Pennsylvania and is married to his second wife. She is also the mother of two sons. Her first marriage lasted from 1993 to 1996.
