Jim Nill

James Edward "Jim" Nill ( born April 11, 1958 in Hanna, Alberta ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player. Since May 2013, is general manager of the Dallas Stars.

Career as a player

Jim Nill began his career in 1974 at the Drumheller Falcons in the second-rate Canadian junior league AJHL. In 1975, he joined the WCHL, one of the three largest Canadian junior leagues to the Medicine Hat Tigers. There he played for three years and has been improved in every season, so he came up with 47 goals and 46 Assists 1977/78.
