Jimmy Kimmel

James " Jimmy" Christian Kimmel ( born November 13, 1967 in New York City ) is an American comedian, writer, producer and presenter of talk and game shows.

Life

Jimmy Kimmel's ancestors are German, Irish and Italian origin. His family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada when he was nine. He graduated from Ed W. Clark High School and later attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for one year, and the Arizona State University for two years, but without making its conclusion.

After starting out in radio shows and as a comedian at the transmitter Comedy Central Kimmel began to invent your own format, after the last show on Comedy Central The Man Show. Kimmel produced and hosted the late-night show Jimmy Kimmel Live! at ABC. The show will be broadcast since 2003.

Kimmel and his then fiancée, Gina, married in June 1988., You have a son and a daughter. The marriage ended in divorce in 2002.
