Jimmy Nail

Jimmy Nail ( born March 16, 1954 in Newcastle upon Tyne as James Michael Aloysius Bradford) is a British actor and singer.

Life and achievements

Nail was the late 1970s, a member of the band The Crabs. In 1992, his song Is not No Doubt reached the first position in the British charts.

Nail debuted as an actor in the mini TV series Spyship from the year 1983 in the SF Comedy Star Cracks -. Mislead the crash landing of aliens (1985 ), he played one of the major roles. In the horror film The Beast II (1985 ), he starred with Christopher Lee. For the music of the mini TV series Crocodile Shoes (1994 ), in which he played a starring role, 1995, he was nominated for the BAFTA Award. In the film, Evita ( 1996), he appeared alongside Madonna, Antonio Banderas and Jonathan Pryce.

In the years 2012/13 Jimmy Nail is involved in the development of the album and musicals The Last Ship British singer Sting.

Nail is married to Miriam Jones and has two sons.
