Jindřich Skácel

Jindřich Skácel ( born November 3, 1979 in Olomouc) is a Czech football player.

Career

Jindřich Skácel began playing football at OP Prostějov, at age 14, he moved to Sigma Olomouc. The 1995/96 season spent the goalkeeper in the youth of the FC Banik Ostrava and then returned to Olomouc.

At age 17, the 2.04 meter tall Skácel managed in the season 1997/98 made ​​it into the first team. At this time he was still in front of goalkeeper Petr Čech as the biggest talent in Czech football, even in the same season he became a regular keeper in the U-21 national team. Skácel, which a great future was predicted, but already stood at the peak of his career. After 35 games he left Sigma Olomouc to a private feud with sporting director Jiří Kubíček towards Slavia Prague. Plagued by a back injury he played there only for the B team in the third division. In the 2001 /02 season he was loaned to FK Drnovice, for whom he played 16 games. The following year Skácel made ​​four games for the B team of Sigma Olomouc.

In the summer of 2003 he was engaged for one and a half million crowns from Slavia Prague, but could not prevail again. In the spring of 2004, he was loaned to Marila Pribram, for which he stood between the posts twice. In the summer he returned to Slavia and went in the fall of 2004 to Brazil. In early April 2005, he returned to the Czech Republic and has been contracted by Marila Pribram as contract amateur. After a few months he moved to SC Xaverov, in September 2005, he was obliged from 1 FC Brno, but there he only played for the B team.

Finally, in 2006 moved Skácel in the fourth division for FC Graffin Vlašim. His next stop was in 2008, the then Slovak first division side FC Vion Zlaté Moravce, in the spring of 2009, played the goalkeeper for the Czech third division side FK Mutěnice. In the summer of 2009 Skácel was loaned for one year from Erstligaabsteiger FC Tescoma Zlín.

From the Czech Sport Magazine Hattrick he was elected in October 2006, the biggest disappointment of the Czech football.

In an interview with the daily newspaper Deník sport he gave up his back problems as the reason for his failure to, as well as the dispute with the Olomouc official Jiří Kubíček. From other side, to be more problematic character was specified as the cause of his failure.
