JIS X 0212

JIS X 0212 is a character set for the Japanese writing system, which was introduced in 1990.

He adds JIS X 0208 to 5,801 additional kanji, Latin and Greek letters with diacritics, Cyrillic letters for Eastern European languages. Implementations of this font exist in EUC -JP, and ISO 2022- JP, but not in Shift- JIS, so this character set could not prevail.
