Jiuquan (酒泉 市) is a prefecture-level city in the People's Republic of China.

Jiuquan was founded on 18 June 2002 on the face of the same day resolved the administrative district of Jiuquan. Same time, the county-level city Jiuquan was dissolved. It was replaced by the Municipality Suzhou. Jiuquan extends over the entire western tip of China's Gansu province, with the exception of the administrative area of the city of Jiayuguan.
