Jo Leinen

Jo ( Joseph) Linen ( born April 6, 1948 in Bisten ) is a German politician. Since 1999 he has been an MEP for the SPD in the Socialist Group in the European Parliament (EP). Since November 2011, Jo Leinen is President of the European Movement International ( EMI).

Life and education

After graduating from high school and the study of law in Saarbrücken and Bonn put Jo Leinen 1972, the first legal state exam.
