Joanna Nittenberg

Joanna Nittenberg (* 1942 in Lviv ) is an Austrian journalist.

Joanna Nittenberg completed her studies in German and journalism in 1971 at the University of Vienna with a dissertation on " Kurt Tucholsky and the journalistic examination of the Weimar Republic in the world stage " from. After the subsequent participation in the cultural office of the ORF is since 1974 editor in chief and publisher of the magazine "Illustrated New World ", which was founded by Theodor Herzl.

2005 Joanna Nittenberg was awarded the Golden Medal of the City of Vienna.
