Joanne Kiesanowski

Joanne Marie Kiesanowski ( born May 24, 1979 in Christchurch ) is a New Zealand racing driver who is successful on road and rail.

Since 2001, Joanne Kiesanowski is professional racing driver. In 2003 she was New Zealand champion in the road race. In the following year she competed at the Olympic Games in Athens in the road race and was ranked 17; at the Ozeanienspielen in Melbourne, she won the silver medal in the scratch. In 2006 and 2007 she was national champion in the points race.

2008 Kiesanowski second in the overall standings of the Tour de Bretagne, at the Olympic Games in Beijing, 28th in the road race and at the Road World Championships in Varese eighth. 2010, she was three times New Zealand Vice - Champion, the scratch, the Omnium and Team Sprint ( with Natasha Hansen). At the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, she won the silver medal in the scratch and finished sixth in the points race.
