JoaquÃn CosÃo
Joaquín Cosío (* 1962 in Tepic, Nayarit ) is a Mexican actor.
An international audience Cosío became known in 2008 when he a supporting role in Quantum of Solace took over and played the role of General Medrano, a deposed dictators from Bolivia who wants to regain his old power.
