Jōban Line

The Joban Line (Japanese常 磐 线, Joban - sen) is a Japanese railway line which runs north to south along the Pacific coast between the stations Nippori in Arakawa, Tokyo Prefecture and Iwanuma in Iwanuma, Miyagi Prefecture and by the East Japan Railway Company ( JR East ) is operated. However, most of the trains start at Ueno Station. As a result of the Fukushima nuclear disaster is the operation between Hirono and Haranomachi interrupted (as of April 4, 2012 ).
