Jocelyn Angloma

Gaétan Jocelyn Angloma ( born August 7, 1965 in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe ) is a French former football player.

He is currently assistant coach of the national football team of Guadeloupe.

Career

In the club

In youth the defender for Étoile Morne -à- l'Eau played on Guadeloupe. Here he was discovered by scouts of Stade Rennes; In 1985, he signed a professional contract in Rennes. After three years he returned Rennes back and moved to Lille, where he became a regular player. Through consistent and good, he recommended at the top clubs. 1990 Angloma went to Paris SG, the same year he became a national player. However, in Paris, he was not happy, although he often played. In the National Team

Jocelyn Angloma played since his move to France in various junior national teams. With the U- 21 team of France, he was European champion in 1988.

In the French national team Angloma was appointed for the first time after his move to Paris SG in 1990 and was part of the squad for the European Championship 1996. Overall, he played 37 games for Les Bleus and met once before in 1996 he released after the European Championship from the national team resigned.

2006 Angloma decided to Guadeloupe to play his country of birth. This was possible because the national football team of Guadeloupe indeed, but is not a member of FIFA member of the regional association CONCACAF. With the selection of his country, he qualified for the Caribbean Nations Cup 2007.
