Joe Chappelle
Joe Chappelle is an American film, television director and writer. His most famous films are Halloween VI and The Skulls II Mainly he has worked for the American television and directed episodes of series such as CSI: Miami and The Wire. As a director, he was involved in the production of Hellraiser IV - Bloodline involved, but was not called for this in the credits.
