Joe Kaeser
Joe Kaeser ( officially cheesemaker Joseph, born June 23, 1957 in Arnbruck, Lower Bavaria ) is a German manager. Since 1 August 2013 he has been CEO of Siemens AG; earlier, he had over seven years of the Group Head of Corporate Finance.
Professional career
After studying business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg Joe Kaeser occurred in 1980 at Siemens in the Components Group, where he held various commercial management functions assumed in the following years - including the Siemens components business in Malaysia ( 1987-1988). In 1990, the commercial management of the business district Opto Semiconductors was conferred on him. As of 1994, Kaeser as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and later as CEO of the U.S. subsidiaries of Siemens Components, Cupertino, and Siemens Microelectronics, San Jose, works.
In 1999, Kaeser was given the task to build a new, group- wide system for controlling performance in the Corporate Finance Department of the Group. During this time he was in the pre-IPO in New York, among others, responsible for the conversion of global accounting Siemens to U.S. GAAP.
From April 2001 to September 2004 was Kaeser Executive Vice President of IC Mobile and Chief Financial Officer of the area.
On 1 May 2006 Joe Kaeser entered the office of the Head of Corporate Finance at the succession of Heinz -Joachim new citizens as President of Siemens.
The Supervisory Board of Siemens AG elected him on 31 July 2013 as the successor of Peter Löscher, Chief Executive Officer of the company. On August 1, 2013, he took up the post.
Siemens bribery scandals
Siemens CFO Josef cheese was the complicity and connivance of years of illegal kickbacks practice of the Siemens group accused in January 2007, during which disappeared almost half a billion euros out of the Group assets in a system of bribes. However, he had always maintained his innocence and was finally come out unblemished from the scandal.

He is married and has two children. He lives in the district of rain.
