Joel Cox
Joel Cox ( born 1941 ) is an American editor who was best known as the master cutter by Clint Eastwood.
Life
Cox began his career in 1942 - as a baby in the melodrama found years ( Original: Random Harvest ). In 1962, he started in a mailroom at Warner Bros.. In the production of the late western The Wild Bunch - They knew no law (1969 ), he first worked as an assistant editor.
Roach has been working since 1977 with the Clint Eastwood. Since 1997, he is assisted regularly by Gary D. Roach. At the British Academy Film Awards 2009 Cox and Roach Changeling were nominated in the category Best Editing for her work on Eastwood.
2012 Cox was honored with the ACE Career Achievement Award.
