Joel Soisson

Joel Soisson ( born August 10, 1956 in Los Angeles, California) is an American film producer, director and screenwriter.

Life

Soisson began his career in the film business in the sound assistant in 1980. Subsequently he worked as a simple camera man and as a production assistant. 1983 for the first time a script written Soisson ( Hambone and Hillie ), and thus began his career as a screenwriter.

As a director and producer, is best known in connection with cost-effective direct-to- video productions. Directorial debut was in 2005 with The Prophecy IV - Revelation. His main field of activity is in the film business film production. Well-known film series, where he is the children of wrath and Hellraiser also involved.

As a director he is and as a producer, especially in the horror genre active.
