Joël Vermin

Joël Vermin (born 5 February 1992 Frauenkappelen ) is a Dutch- Swiss ice hockey player who plays from his youth at SC Bern in the Swiss National League A in the position of winger.

Career

Vermin was the son of a Dutchman and a Hungarian born and comes from the offspring of SC Bern. After 99 scorer points he collected in the game in 2007/ 08 and 2008/ 09 at the elite novices in the Under-17 team of the club in 60 games, he was already at the age of 15 years to his first stakes in the elite A-Juniors in the U20 team SC Bern. For the Fanionteam the club came first in the 2009/10 season as a 17 -year-old to inserts. Since the season 2010/11 he is a regular player in the SCB.

In the NHL Entry Draft in 2013, he was selected in the seventh round in a total of 186 position of the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Internationally

Vermin represented Switzerland at the U18 World Youth Championship 2010 and the U20 World Junior Championships in 2011 and 2012. Moreover, he came up with the U19 Select a country at the World Junior A Challenge in 2010 to inserts.
