Joey Ansah

Joey Ansah (* November 24, 1982 in London, England) is a British actor and stuntman of Ghanaian descent.

Life and career

Joey Ansah is the son of a Ghanaian and an English mother, and was born in 1982 in London. At the age of ten, his family moved with him to Ghana. Previously, he attended private schools Oakfield School and Dulwich College Prep in London. He then attended the local Taekwondo school, where he learned the martial arts. At the age of 15, he moved back to Plymouth. After graduating, he attended Oxford Brookes University.

He made his acting debut in the action film Left for Dead in 2005, in which he played a kick boxer. In the same year, he starred in Love Struck the role of the mango and in Batman Begins Ansah was one of the shadow warrior. He stood as a ninja alongside Christian Bale and Liam Neeson in front of the camera. He had his biggest film role as agent and assassin Desh in the action film The Bourne Ultimatum in which he tries to include the lead role Jason Bourne ( represented by Matt Damon ), the agent Daniels ( Colin Stinton ) and Nicky Parsons (Julia Stiles ) to kill. After he was able to kill Daniels, Ansahs role is switched off by Damon's role.

In 2010 he directed the short film Street Fighter: Legacy director, wrote the screenplay, was responsible for the stunts and to see as a performer. Jon Foo and Christian Howard can be seen in the roles of Ryu and Ken. In the sci-fi action comedy Attack the Block from 2011 Joey Ansah embodied a policeman.
