Johannes Seidlitz

Johannes Seidlitz ( born June 13, 1990 in Wassertruedingen ) is a German racing driver.

Career

In 2001, Seidlitz began at the age of eleven years with motorsport.

2006 drove Seidlitz in the German Kart Championship and took the second place in the championship of the DMV seniors. A year later he moved to the German Formula BMW, where he was seventh in the rookie standings. 2008 Seidlitz was with four wins and two second place runner up in the Formula Renault BARC Championship.

In the 2009 season Seidlitz went in the DTM in a 2007 Audi A4 DTM by the customer team Futurecom TME at the start. After a self-inflicted accident in practice for the second race of the season on the Euro Speedway Lausitz, which damaged the car badly, Seidlitz had to pause this and two more races before Kolles entrusted him with the rebuilt car again. During his comeback at Oschersleben he could not finish the race because of a defect. It was followed by three more results in the rear standings before Seidlitz again severely damaged the A4. In a spin without a foreign object into the circuit of Dijon -Prenois he hit reverse in the rear of his teammate Christian Bakkerud that was previously transported into the gravel of Katherine Legge. The season finale at the Hockenheimring he finished, as has been the season opener, on the thirteenth position.

In the 2010 season Seidlitz was master for Team Rosberg at the start of the ADAC GT. He went there with his teammates Bernd Herndlhofer an Audi R8 LMS.
