John B. Taylor

John B. Taylor ( born December 8, 1946 in Yonkers, New York) is an American economist and professor of economics at Stanford University.

He presented to the Taylor rule, served as Secretary of State for International Affairs ( Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs ) from the U.S. Treasury during the first term of President George W. Bush and was a member of the Council of Economic Advisers during the tenure of Gerald Fords.
