John Charles Priscu

John Charles Priscu ( born September 20, 1952) is a geoscientist and ecologist at Montana State University. He studied microbiology at the University of California and Limnology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Priscu is an internationally recognized specialist to life under extreme environmental conditions, especially in Antarctica. His research into Lake Vostok were known.
