John Grogan (journalist)

John Grogan ( born March 20, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American author who, among others, the bestseller Marley & Me wrote.

John Grogan was hired long time at the Sun-Sentinel as a reporter. This work, however, he gave up for a job as editor of a gardening magazine called " Organic Gardening ". He then worked as a columnist at the " Philadelphia Inquirer ", where a collection of his best articles was published in 2007, which is "Bad Dogs Have More Fun" ( evil dogs have more fun) calls. Another work, The Longest Trip Home, was published on 21 October 2008.

John Grogan lives with his wife Jenny and their three children in Pennsylvania.

Marley and Me

One of the most famous books by John Grogan was published under the title " Marley & Me " ( Marley and me). It began when he reported in column about his life with his dog Marley and subsequently received so many letters from readers that he decided to write a book. The book spent several months in England and in America a bestseller. In 2008 it was very successfully filmed.
