John J. Thomas

John J. Thomas ( born August 8, 1813 in Albemarle County, Virginia; † ca 1895 ) was an American politician in the 19th century.

Thomas was in 1851 a member of the State Legislature of Kentucky. He also represented his native country at the 1861 secession convention, and from 1861 to 1862 in the Provisional Konföderiertenkongress. He also served during the Civil War in the Confederate States Army.
