John Joseph Boardman

John Joseph Boardman ( born November 7, 1894 in Brooklyn, USA, † July 17, 1978 ) was Auxiliary Bishop of Brooklyn.

Life

John Joseph Boardman received on 21 May 1921, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On March 28, 1952, he was named by Pope Pius XII. Titular Bishop of Gunela and appointed him as Auxiliary Bishop of Brooklyn. The Bishop of Brooklyn, Thomas Edmund Molloy, donated to him on 11 June of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Auxiliary Bishop of Brooklyn, Raymond Augustine Kearney, and the Coadjutor Bishop of Wheeling, Thomas John McDonnell.
