John Kronmiller

John Kronmiller (December 6, 1858 in Baltimore, Maryland, † June 19, 1928 ) was an American politician. Between 1909 and 1911 he represented the state of Maryland in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

John Kronmiller attended both public and private schools and was then engaged in trade. He also ivory manufacture goods. At the same time he proposed as a member of the Republican Party launched a political career. Between 1905 and 1907 he sat on the city council of Baltimore. In the congressional elections of 1908 he was in the third electoral district of Maryland in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC chosen, where he became the successor of Harry Benjamin Wolf on March 4, 1909. Since he resigned in 1910 to run again, he was able to complete only one term in Congress until March 3, 1911.

From 1908 to 1910 he was a member of the Committee of Visitors of the prison of Baltimore; in the years 1913 and 1914 he was director of the Maryland General Hospital. After that, he was from 1914 to 1916 a member of the election committee of the city of Baltimore. Otherwise, he resumed his previous activities on again. John Kronmiller died on June 19, 1928 in Baltimore, where he was also buried.
