John Larsson

John Larsson ( born April 2, 1938 in Stockholm ) from 2002 to 2006, the 17th General of The Salvation Army. The music was born as the son of Salvation Army officers Larson studied in Denmark, Chile, Argentina and England. He was awarded the "Bachelor of Divinity " ( London). Since 1957 he was an officer of the Salvation Army and was stationed in England, Scotland, Chile, New Zealand and Sweden. Along with his predecessor, John Gowans, he wrote several musicals, with John Larsson was responsible for the music and John Gowans for the text.
