John McCarthy (ice hockey)

John McCarthy ( born August 9, 1986 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American professional ice hockey player. Since 2009 he plays for the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League and their farm team, the Worcester Sharks in the American Hockey League on the position of the left winger.

Career

McCarthy played during his youth until 2004, first in the high school team at St. John's Prep School.
