John Montague Stow

Sir John Montague Stow (* 1911, † 1997) was a Barbadian politician.

Career

Stow was from the October 8, 1959 Governor of Barbados under the British crown. After gaining independence on 30 November 1966, he was appointed the first Governor-General. He remained until July 18, 1967 at the office.
