John R. Ragazzini

John Ralph Ragazzini (* 1912 in New York, NY, † November 22, 1988 in New Rochelle ) was an American electronics engineer and professor of electrical engineering at New York University.

He studied at the City College of New York and graduated with a BS in Education 1932 E.E. From 1936. He received the degrees of akamdemischen A.M. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 1939 and 1941.

Significant students Ragazzinis were Rudolf Kalman and Lotfi Asker Zadeh.
