Johnny Harris (actor)

Johnny Harris ( born 1974 in Lambeth, London) is a British actor and theater actor.

Life

He left school at the age of 13 without a degree to pursue a boxing career and won in 1989 at the age of 16 years, the Junior ABA National Boxing Title. Between 17 and 20 years old, he works in Paris, France as a dishwasher. In Paris, he discovered his passion in the literature and the cinema. He returned to London and completed after three years of studying acting in Lambeth Morley College its conclusion.

Career

He began his career in numerous plays in the theaters of London, then he got a permanent position at the Union Theatre in Southwark. He received his first starring movie role in the short film Sara Dunlop, the Festival Film Festival Award was for Best Film at the Rushes.

In 2000 he was in Paul McGuigan for the film, the gangster no. 1 cast and honored in 2002 with the BAFTA Award for his performance. His breakthrough in 2006 with his role in Paul Andrew Williams ' London to Brighton ' BAFTA award winning film. Since then he has worked with directors Steven Spielberg, Woody Allen, Shane Meadows, Terry Gilliam, Joe Wright and Guy Ritchie and received awards and nominations for Gangster No1, London to Brighton, This is England ' and The South Bank Show. In 2009 he won at the Brest European Short Film Festival with the film Leaving from the year (2008) the Acting Award.

In 2011, he starred in Jack Thorne's cult hit 'The Fades ' as Valentine with Neil, which received a Royal Television Society Award nomination for Best TV Drama.

In 2012 he was seen in the film Snow White and the Huntsmanzu, currently he turns with Eran Creevy and Co - Producer Ridley Scott movie Last Days on Mars, which will be released in all probability 2013.
