Johnny Jensen ( born February 17, 1972 in Tønsberg, Norway) is a handball coach and a former handball player. He is 1.90 meters tall and 100 kilograms. He is married and has two children.

Life

From 1987 to 1999 he played in his first professional club Sandefjord TIF. From there he moved to the German VfL Bad Schwartau, with whom he won the 2001 DHB Cup. About the Station ThSV Eisenach (2001-2003) he came to SG Flensburg- Handewitt, where he played until 2010 with the " Handball God " shirt number 14 and nicknamed 2004 German champion and cup winner was the trophy he won the year after the same still once. 2010 Jensen finished his career due to injury. He then took over the co- coach of the Norwegian second division Nøtterøy IF. However, during the 2010/11 season he made his comeback and rose with Nøtterøy on in the highest Norwegian league. Here he finished after the 2012/13 season, his career and took over as coach of Nøtterøy.

In use at the SG Flensburg Handewitt Johnny Jensen threw in 269 games 525 goals. For Norway, he played 194 games.
