Johnson County (Nebraska)

Johnson County is a county located in the state of Nebraska in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Tecumseh, which was named after the chief of the Shawnee.

Geography

The County is located almost in the extreme southeast of Nebraska, in the south is about 35 miles from Kansas, in the east, to the northeast away about 40 miles from Missouri about 45 miles from Iowa and has an area of 976 square kilometers, of which 2 square kilometers is water area.
