Johs Harviken

John Harviken, also Johs Harviken, ( born April 6, 1943 in Elverum, Hedmark ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier.

Career

With the season his home club Hernes IL, he was national champion in 1967 about 4 × 10 km. 1970 Harviken was Norwegian champion in the 30 km individual race.

In 1972 he took part in the Winter Olympics in Sapporo.

In individual races over 30 km, he won the bronze medal. With the 4 x 10 km relay he won jointly with Oddvar Brå, Pål Ivar Formo Tyldum and Olympic silver. About the distance of 15 km, it is in 15th.
