Joílson Rodrigues Macedo

Joilson Rodrigues Macedo (born 7 July 1979, Rio de Janeiro), better known as Joilson, is a Brazilian footballer.

Club career

Joilson comes from the youth team of FC América (RJ), a football club of his hometown of Rio de Janeiro. This was also his first stop in the men's area by mid-2004. Only in 2003, played at the Brazilian Estrela do Norte. He then moved to FC Tombense, where he has since has a contract, but still completed a game. Joilson plays season after season on loan at various clubs. He had first short guest appearances at Cruzeiro EC and Cabofriense. From 2005 to 2007 he played for Botafogo FR. In 2006 he won with this team the state championship in Rio de Janeiro. For the 2008 season Joilson was awarded to FC São Paulo, with whom he won the championship. In the current season, 2009, the Mitteldfeldspieler again went on loan to Gremio that were previously behind São Paulo second in the championship.
