Joint Combined Exchange Training

The Joint Combined Exchange Training ( JCET ) (Eng. " strike force Cross, combined exchange training " ) is a military exercise and training program for the U.S. Army Special Forces and foreign armed forces. It was developed and implemented to ensure the performance level of one's own Special Forces abroad and train the military of the respective host nation in the early 1970s.
