Jon Izagirre

Jon Izagirre Insausti (born 4 February 1989) is a Spanish cyclist.

Career

As a young driver, he drove in 2008 for his first victory. He won an individual time trial in the Basque province of Gipuzkoa. In 2009, he signed his first professional contract with Orbea. In the same year he won several small race in Spain. He was, for example, Basque cross-country champion of young drivers. For the 2011 season he moved to Euskaltel -Euskadi.
