Jonathan Bellis (born 16 August 1988) is a British track and road racing cyclist from the Isle of Man.

Jonathan Bellis was runner up in the 2005 British Team Pursuit. The next year he was European Junior Champion at that discipline in Athens. At the World Junior Championship, he finished in third place and was runner-up in the points race. He also won the UIV Cup in Amsterdam. In the 2007 season, he finished in the Track Cycling World Cup in Manchester with Team 100% Me in third place in the team pursuit. At the European Championships in Cottbus, he won in the U23 class, the scratch race and the team pursuit. On the road, he won the bronze medal in the U23 road race at the Eeltmeisterschaft in Stuttgart. From 1 September 2008, Bellis will drive to the end as a stagiaire for Team CSC - Saxo Bank.
