Jonathan Bottinelli

Jonathan Pablo Bottinelli ( born September 14, 1984 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine footballer of Italian origin.

The central defender, who is sometimes also used as a left-back, comes from the youth department of San Lorenzo de Almagro. In 2004, here he managed to jump into the professional squad. Meanwhile Bottinelli is captain of the team.

Bottinelli had a large share of the profits of the Clausura 2007, the tenth championship title of San Lorenzo. Then he was courted by Betis Sevilla and city rivals Sevilla, but a change did not materialize. Finally, he moved in August 2008 to Sampdoria. He was then awarded to his old club San Lorenzo de Almagro and then moved back.
