Jonathan Kemp

Jonathan Kemp ( born March 18, 1981 in Wolverhampton ) is an English squash player.

Career

Jonathan Kemp began his career in 1999 and since then won thirteen titles on the PSA World Tour. With the English national team, he won in the 2011 season in the Finnish city of Espoo the European title. The team defeated in the final of the French squad, Kemp beat Julien Balbo in his final game with 11:7, 11:1 and 11:3. In April 2010, he reached number 20 in the world ranking to date his best placement. Since April 2003, Kemp keeps constant in the top 50 in the world rankings.

Private

On June 7, 2012 Jonathan Kemp married the New Zealand squash player Jaclyn Hawkes. Hawkes was the end of 2012 in addition to her resignation also announced that she and Kemp expecting a child together. In early June 2013 were Jonathan Kemp has one daughter.
