Jonathan Potter

Jonathan Potter ( born 1956 ) is a Scottish linguist and Professor of Discourse Analysis at Loughborough University. He is co-founder of Discursive psychology. He is co- author of the book " Discourse and Social Psychology ", a central text of Discursive Psychology, who opened new ways to conceptualize fundamental socio-psychological concepts such settings. Therefore, it is very frequently cited in professional journals. Another of his works, " Representing Reality ", provides an overview of an extension and a critique of social constructivism from sociology.
