Jonathan Rossini

Jonathan Rossini ( born April 5, 1989 in Giubiasco ) is a Swiss football player. He currently plays for the Italian club Parma on the position of the defender.

Career

Association

Rossini began his career as a youth player at AC Bellinzona and then moved to Sampdoria. In 2008, he was loaned to AC Legnano in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione, 2009 to the AS Cittadella in Serie B. In the summer of 2009, Udinese took over half of his transfer rights, and he was loaned to Sassuolo.

In the summer of 2010 he returned to Sampdoria. With the club from Liguria, he starred in the play-offs for the UEFA Champions League 2010/11. At the end of the 2010/11 season we got off in the second-class B series.

The Swiss defender returned in January 2011 for half a year on loan back to Sassuolo.

In January he left Sassuolo and changed as a result of a weird player exchange for FC Parma. In this exchange it was passed along with teammate Ezequiel Schelotto of Parma. In return, Nicola Sansone and Pedro Mendes changed firmly Aleandro Rosi Sassuolo and was awarded for six months to Sassuolo.

National

November 19, 2008 Rossini debuted in the U-21 national team. After the surprising squad by Ottmar Hitzfeld, he completed on 3 March 2010 his first international match for the Swiss national football team in a friendly against Uruguay.
