Jonnie Fedel

Jonnie Fedel ( born November 22, 1966 in Malmö) is a former Swedish football player.

Career

Fedel came from the youth of Malmö FF. In 1986 he became a substitute goalkeeper Jan Moller with the club Swedish champion and cup winner. In 1988 he became first-choice goalkeeper at the club until 2001 and played 582 games for the club. Then he first moved to Höllvikens GIF, before Jonas Thern, with whom he had played in the 1980s together with MFF, brought him to Halmstad BK. After Mattias Asper was changed to Viking FK, he returned in 2006 as a replacement of Håkan Svensson for one season on Malmo FF back. After the season, he ended his active career.

Fedel also played twice for the Swedish national team.

After his career end Fedel was goalkeeping coach and support since the coaching team of Roland Nilsson.
