Joonas Donskoi

Joonas Donskoi ( born April 13, 1992 Raahe ) is a Finnish professional ice hockey player who is since 2009 Kärpät Oulu in the Finnish SM- liiga under contract.

Career

Joonas Donskoi began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Kärpät Oulu, with the U20 junior he won the Finnish Junior Championship in season 2009/10. In the same season the winger made ​​his debut for Kärpäts professional team in the SM- liiga. In this he scored in 18 games, scored two goals and gave two assists. He was then selected by HK Avangard Omsk and the NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers in the KHL Junior Draft 2010.

Internationally

For Donskoi Finland took part in the U18 World Youth Championship 2010, where he won the bronze medal with his team.
