Jopp Group

The Jopp Group is a German, owner-operated automotive supplier with headquarters in Bad Neustadt / Saale. With engineering, sales and production are located in Germany ( Bad Neustadt an der Saale, Reichenschwand, Rottweil, Obergartzem ), China, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Mexico. With over 1,700 employees at 10 locations worldwide, an annual turnover of approximately 170 million euros is being generated.

History

Theodor Jopp founded in 1919 a company that manufactured bicycle parts and agricultural accessories and in 1920 began the production of rotary technology.

In 1991, Hubert P. Büchs the majority of the company, which changed its name from jetz as Jopp GmbH.
