Jordan Nolan

Jordan Nolan ( born June 23, 1989 in St. Catharines, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player standing since 2010 with the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League under contract and playing in parallel for their farm team Manchester Monarchs in the American Hockey League. His father Ted Nolan and his brother Brandon Nolan were also professional hockey players.

Career

Jordan Nolan began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian Junior Football League Ontario Hockey League, where he from 2005 to 2010 for the Erie Otters, Windsor Spitfires and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds was active. During this period, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round in 2009 when a total of 186 players from the Los Angeles Kings. For their farm team the Ontario Reign of the ECHL he gave towards the end of the 2009/10 season his debut in the senior hockey, where he scored in three games each a goal and an assist. The entire 2010/11 season the winger spent at another farm team of the Kings, with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League. After he had started there and the 2011/12 season, he was in the course of the season for the first time for the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League on the ice, where he was finally able to earn a regular place in February of 2012.
